Personal information is any information related to you as an individual. The personal information we process includes:
Basic information - such as name, age, sex;
Contact information - such as your address, your zip code, your email address and your phone number;
Financial information - such as your credit card details, detailed expenses and transaction history;
Health information, only if it is relevant to provide our services;
Preferences - such as special requests, problems with the service and other preferences for your stay;
Technical information - such as information about the device with which you interact with us (including the unique identifier of the device, the hardware model, the operating system and the version used; and
Correspondence - when you contact us to make a request or question, any type of correspondence or application will be saved and added to your personal information

Occasionally we will combine information from several Guests to better understand their trends and expectations. When this occurs, all identifiers will be deleted and the total information may not be related to any other individual.

to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting requirements imposed by government regulators and our auditors;
to enter into agreements with you, and to carry out that agreement to provide you with services when you stay with us;

We collect your personal information while managing our tools and our technological services, including comment cards and emails sent to and by Grupo by H1800. Otherwise, we collect information when you provide it to us or interact with us directly, such as:
when you create a profile or log in with an existing profile on our website;
when you make a purchase through our website;
when you make a reservation online; and
during your stay at the hotel, including information that you have provided during check-in
We also receive information about you from other sources, such as our business partners and publicly available sources. We combine information we have about you from various sources, including the information you provided to us.
We use different technologies and security measures to help you protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction, which respect the applicable privacy and data protection laws. For example, we only allow encrypted communications from all forms on our website, including when you provide us with your credit card information through our website.
Grupo by H1800 stores personal information in a secure location, and we take steps to ensure that only authorized persons have access to that information.
We strive to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information that we have stored, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee your complete security. Unauthorized use or access, errors in the hardware or software used and other factors may compromise the security of user data. In addition, although we do our best to establish appropriate contractual protection measures, we cannot guarantee the security of the information stored in databases managed by third parties.
It is important to keep in mind that email communications are not secure. This is an inherent risk of using email. Keep this in mind when requesting information or email us forms (for example, in the "Contact" section of our website). We recommend that you do not include confidential information (e.g., credit card information) when using email. For your protection, our email responses will not include confidential information.
Finally, to be prudent, be sure to always close your browsers when you finish using a form or the reservation site. While the session ends after a short period of inactivity, it is better to close browsers immediately, especially if you use a public computer.

Group by H1800 sales specialists;
external agents, suppliers or service providers of Grupo by H1800 that work to full your needs as a Guest;

national security authorities, law enforcement, courts, governments and local or foreign regulators
If you do not want to share your personal preferences, notify the hotel.
When Grupo by H1800 hires third parties to offer services on our behalf, Grupo by H1800 guarantees that these third parties protect your personal information in a manner consistent with the principles articulated in this Privacy Notice.
If you have joined a subscription list, keep in mind that they are only used for internal purposes and that we do not sell or rent our subscription lists to anyone.
If Grupo by H1800 suspects that an illegal activity is being carried out, it may investigate or report discoveries or suspicions to the police or another law enforcement agency.
We understand that you may want to know what personal information we have about you. We will gladly help you clear this out. However, to protect your personal information we need proof of your identity at the time of making the request.
When you make an application in person, we will ask you to present a photo ID, such as a passport or a driver's license, and you must sign an application form.
When you make a request by other means, we require that you contact us in writing via email or postal mail including a copy of a government-issued identification containing your signature. You need to provide commercial and personal addresses and telephone numbers to compare them with the archived information and verify your identity.
The above information is requested to create an audit log of the way in which the request was handled.
Grupo by H1800 reserves the right to deny access to your Personal Information in certain circumstances. If we refuse to disclose your Personal Information, you will receive the reasons for the refusal.
You also have the right to:
request the interruption of the processing of your personal information, or object to such processing;
decide not to process your personal information for direct marketing purposes;
withdraw your consent to process your personal information (in cases where Grupo by H1800 is processing your personal information based on your consent); and
request the reception or transmission to another organization, in a machine-readable form, of the personal information you have provided to Grupo by H1800
If you are offered the option to share personal information with Grupo by H1800, you can always decide not to do so.
If you do not wish to receive commercial information from Grupo by H1800 you can send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will always have the possibility to accept or reject any type of Group by H1800 communication. You can unsubscribe from electronic marketing communications at any time by clicking on the "Cancel subscription" link included in those emails.
If you object to the processing of your personal information, or if you have given your consent for its processing and later decide to withdraw it, we will respect your decision in accordance with our legal obligations.
